All Sales Final. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing normal orders and up to 6 weeks for special orders.

And please note: A special order wig is never a guarantee. Although we can produce 99% of them, there is that 1% chance your request will not be able to be produced. Given the time and resources it takes to attempt to produce a special order, if it cannot be done, we will email you to let you know it cannot be done and issue you a gift card code for the value of the product plus an ADDITIONAL $25 for any inconvenience. We do not give refunds if a special order cannot be done.

We do not split orders. If your order includes any SPECIAL and/or PRE ORDERS, the WHOLE order will be sent once the special and/or pre order item(s) arrive.

*IF YOU ARE NEW TO WEARING WIGS, PLEASE KNOW THAT THE LACE ON THE FOREHEAD GETS CUT OFF RIGHT AT THE HAIRLINE, LEAVING A INCREDIBLE, NATURAL LOOKING CROWN OF HAIR. THIS IS VERY SIMPLE TO CUT AND DOES NOT STAY ON THE WIG. INSTRUCTIONS ARE INCLUDED WITHIN THE CARE CARD.
